By accessing or using the services provided by Ardnt (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, surveys, and any related products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Ardnt offers business automation solutions, personalized consultations, interactive surveys, AI-powered voice agents, and related business improvement services. The specifics of these services will be clearly communicated through our website and direct communications.

Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by Ardnt.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login information, if applicable.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, software, AI-generated insights, and automation solutions provided by Ardnt remain the intellectual property of Ardnt. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit this intellectual property without explicit written consent from Ardnt.

Voice Agents and Phone Communications

Ardnt develops and deploys AI-powered voice agents that may contact you via phone based on the information you provide. By providing your phone number and consenting to our terms, you agree to receive calls from our voice agents for the purpose of delivering personalized automation recommendations and follow-up communications.

Data Usage

By using Ardnt’s services, you acknowledge that information collected through surveys and interactions will be used to train and enhance our internal data models, including our AI-based tools. Please review our Privacy Statement for detailed information regarding data handling and privacy.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing and timelines are estimates based on standard implementations. Implementation timeline of 14 business days commences upon receipt of all required systems access, credentials, and information from client. Actual costs may vary based on complexity and third-party platform pricing changes. Platform costs are pass-through charges from third-party providers and subject to change with 30 days’ notice. If platform costs increase by more than 20%, clients may terminate without penalty. Setup fee of $2,500 applies to standard implementations; complex setups requiring multiple integrations or custom workflows range from $5,000-$10,000. Ardnt is not liable for delays or cost overruns resulting from client-side delays, incomplete information, system incompatibilities, or third-party service limitations (collectively “Third-Party Downtime”). 6-month minimum term, then month-to-month with 30-day written notice. All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (GST/PST). Services subject to formal agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation begins. Monthly fees are based on custom pricing that separates platform costs from management services, billed in advance and non-refundable. Performance bonuses (Growth tier only) subject to minimum volume requirements and verification. Ardnt maintains cyber liability insurance and complies with applicable Canadian telecommunications regulations, PIPEDA, BC PIPA, and CASL. Client responsible for ensuring industry-specific regulatory compliance and providing compliant scripts and calling lists.

Limitation of Liability

Ardnt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you have paid Ardnt, if applicable.

Termination

Ardnt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Full terms available in formal service agreement. Services provided through Ardnt, British Columbia, Canada. Disputes subject to BC courts.
