About Us
Langley’s AI automation team for owner-run trades and service businesses.
ARDNT builds one operating system per client, shaped around how the work actually gets delivered, with AI automation put to work where it pays. Based in Langley, working across the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver.
Who we are
Built in Langley, for the way the work actually runs.
Our Story: AI Automation Built in Langley
ARDNT started in Langley because that’s where we live and work. Alun and Rich didn’t build this company to sell software from a distance.
They built it because they kept seeing the same thing in local businesses. The owner’s best hours were going to phones, follow-ups and paperwork, and the operation ran across five or six subscriptions, each used for a tenth of what it does. That’s our own audit observation, not a market statistic, and it holds almost every time we look.
Before ARDNT took its current shape, the two of them built and rebuilt working systems: voice agents, CRM automation, client intake, dispatch boards. Thousands of hours of finding out what holds up in day-to-day operations rather than in a demo. That testing set the standard the company still builds to: fewer moving parts, systems shaped around the work, AI automation only where it pays.
Everything since has followed one conclusion. An owner-run business doesn’t need another app to bend itself around. It needs one system built from how it already delivers, so that’s what we make: one operating system per client, expanded module by module as the business grows.
The specification comes before the build.
Every engagement starts with an AI Implementation Audit. We walk how work moves through your business, from first call to closed job, and hand back the specification of your operating system: which modules pay first, what each costs, and what to leave alone.
Some owners need a voice agent on the phones. Others need follow-up that stops leaking. Most need both eventually, and the system is designed to grow that way: dispatch and scheduling, field paperwork, an office console, reporting, AI agents where they earn their keep. The shape of the finished thing is set out on the operating systems page. Owners with the hours to build and without the budget for an installation run the same method themselves through the ARDNT Academy.
Your team stays. Automation takes the repeatable load so your people can spend their hours on customers, and on the kind of service that gets a business referred.
Most owners don’t need convincing anymore. In a 2025 PayPal survey of nearly 1,000 small businesses, 82% said adopting AI is essential to staying competitive. Believing that was never the hard part. The hard part is knowing where AI automation fits the way your business actually runs the work, and that’s the question the audit answers.
There’s a monthly relationship with us too, and it’s worth being plain about what it pays for: hosting, monitoring, and a system kept current as the business changes. Nobody sells you a second product.
A Langley team you can actually call.
We don’t do black boxes, and we don’t keep clients dependent on us to understand what they’ve paid for. We build in plain sight: you see what your system does, what it costs to run, and why.
We work with owner-run trades and field-service businesses across Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and the rest of the Lower Mainland: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, landscaping, property care. Close enough to walk the yard, see the job the way you see it, and answer the phone when something needs attention.
