Every account opens in the owner’s name, which is where an ARDNT build would have put it anyway.

Read why the step exists
Every lesson opens with a short explanation. It runs to a few minutes and it covers the reasoning, because a step nobody understands is a step nobody maintains.

Run the prompt pack in your own Claude
Each Academy lesson carries a pack to paste into Claude as a new conversation. Claude then drives the build one step at a time, inside the owner’s own accounts and against real business data, checking each point before moving on. Every pack is licensed to one buyer and carries the licence.

Clear the checkpoint
A rubric closes each lesson. Paste back the summary Claude produced and the Academy assistant reads it against the rubric. Where a step leaves a trace, a forked repository or a deployed worker answering on a URL, ARDNT resolves the trace in code first, so the model is never asked whether the work exists.

Ask the assistant when a step sticks
An Academy assistant sits inside every lesson, scoped to the lesson on screen. The Academy assistant answers build questions and declines the rest, and it never sees another buyer or another lesson’s pack.

Lessons open in order, because the order is the method. Each module hands its output forward: the brain holds what the interview produced, the CRM reads the brain, and the environment runs the agents built on top of both.
The Academy carries the sequence; the client brings the hours. The one published estimate is the six-domain interview in Module 1, which asks for sixty to ninety minutes somewhere quiet. The rest moves at the owner’s pace and nothing expires. Ten days with no activity puts a buyer on ARDNT’s daily digest, so a stall gets noticed.
What it costs
Platform access, with the course included.
One fee a month and no enrolment fee. The tools running underneath are billed by the companies providing them, in the owner’s name and in US dollars, and Module 0 works the total out against what the business already pays.

What you pay elsewhere, in US dollars
- Claude Pro or Max, $20 to $100 a month. Required in Module 1, and most owners were paying it already
- GitHub Pro, $4 a month. Branch protection on a private repository needs it
- AI usage through the gateway built in Module 4, near zero while learning and $20 to $50 at real traffic
- Cloudflare and Cal.com, nothing. The free tiers cover the whole course
- Retell and Twilio, $30 to $60 a month, only with the voice agent, and the figure moves with call minutes
- Email on a business domain, $7 to $15 a user, and the domain itself at about $15 a year, owed only by a business without either
Those outside tools run about US$45 to US$75 a month on Claude Pro, or about US$125 to US$155 on Claude Max, where the whole difference is the Claude plan. Adding the voice agent puts US$30 to US$60 on top of either. Module 0 produces the real figure, against what the business already pays, before Module 1 starts.
The first learner
A non-technical owner, and a phone answering itself.
The first person through the Academy runs a training business and writes no code. He worked the modules himself and came out of Module 5 with a voice agent on a Canadian number of his own, answering an inbound call and putting a booking into his own calendar, verified end to end with a real phone call from his own cellphone.
He also went past the course material. The built-in calendar availability check broke on live calls, so he wrote his own function against the booking system’s slots endpoint and made it work. His build is now being folded back into Module 5.
Before the number went live he closed the go-live items on it: recording retention set to redact personal information and expire at ninety days, a spend alert on the account, and a privacy policy naming each processor by name. None of it is glamorous, and all of it is the difference between a demo and a system.
He stays unnamed here until he puts his own name to it.

Questions owners ask
Straight answers before you join.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The first person through the Academy writes no code and runs a training business, and he finished Module 5 with a voice agent answering a real number. Claude does the technical work in front of you, one step at a time, and each lesson explains why the step exists before the step happens.
What the course does need is somebody willing to sit with it. An owner who wants the result without the hours should look at the build instead.
How many hours will this take?
ARDNT does not publish a figure, because nobody has measured one honestly yet and a made-up number would be worse than none. What is published is the shape: seven modules, nineteen lessons, and one lesson with a stated estimate, the six-domain interview in Module 1, which asks for sixty to ninety minutes somewhere quiet.
Module 3 and Module 5 carry five lessons each and are the longest in the Academy. Nothing expires, and the work sits down and picks back up.
What if I already run a CRM or a Cloudflare account?
Keep them. An account already running gets verified and extended rather than rebuilt for the sake of the exercise. Module 0 is the readiness check on what exists, and Module 3 is where an existing CRM gets worked into the rest instead of replaced.
Who owns what at the end?
You own the brain, the Cloudflare account, the AI gateway, the deployed workers, the Retell and Twilio and Cal.com accounts, and every key inside them. They are opened in your name during the course, so ARDNT never holds the data in them.
The CRM is the single exception, and the Academy names it plainly. Your sub-account runs on infrastructure ARDNT controls, which makes ARDNT a data processor for what sits in it. A data processing agreement covers it, your sub-account is walled from every other client, and you can eject to a standalone account at any time and take your data with you.
What happens if I stall?
ARDNT finds out, and gets in touch. Ten days with no activity on an Academy account puts it on a digest ARDNT reads every morning, and a stalled learner is somebody to help. Lessons stay where they were, and the membership runs month to month, so a pause costs nothing beyond the month. A failed payment freezes access, and nothing gets deleted.
Can I move to a build later?
Yes, and an Academy graduate is the warmest build client ARDNT can have. The course leaves the company-wide layer standing and every account already in the owner’s name, which is the precondition an ARDNT build imposes before it installs anything. The graduate arrives at a build with half the installation done.
The capstone points at the operating assessment for exactly this reason. Take it with what you now run, and the verdict is a specification.
